Madison Breakfast Rotary Club Foundation
If you should wish to consider a bequest of funds to the Foundation, please contact a member of the MBR Foundation Board, but suggested language is as follows:
"I give [the sum of $_____][x% of the residue of my (trust) estate] to the Rotary Club of Madison - Breakfast, Foundation, Inc., a nonstock Wisconsin corporation with its principal offices located in Madison, Wisconsin, to be used for [its general purposes][list your desired specific mission/cause]."
